The area of the square is well defined in terms of urban planning; it has clear boundaries, pleasant introversion and residence standard. In essence, all that is needed is to release its now-congested space and devote it back to a diverse square. Subsequently it is a fine and precise addition of lines, axes, important elements, paths and visibility.
